He's Home

John wanted to come home last night, and the surgeon signed off on it since he was doing so well (walking, drinking fluids, urinating....etc). We left the hospital about 8:30 last night. He's home and resting. His parents are with him and B today at our house. John won't be able to lift B for 2 weeks, so he'll need help.

Today is the 14 year anniversary of my first date with John. This will be the first year we haven't gone out to dinner to remember that date.

Thanks for thinking of us yesterday. He's doing well, just having some gas pain from where they blow up their abdomen with CO2 to give them room for the laproscopic surgery.
