I think we are going to put in an offer on this house tomorrow - Wednesday night. Stan also said he'd buy our house under land contract now with a final purchase in 16-18 months, which is totally doable. It looks like this might really happen...depending on how the offer negotiations go, home inspections, appraisals...all that stuff.
