Stan isn't going to buy our house. He realized after discussion with his advisors that buying more houses this year is not the best move for him as he is paying for his only daughter's wedding this summer (in which B will be a flower girl).
So we are back at square one and are pretty bummed about it. Being a realist, if we are being smart, we won't be making any move for at least a year. The local market is saturated with homes for sale and a 3 bedroom 1 bath ranch with no basement is not likely to be a quick sale - that on top of the whole roof thing. We just aren't comfortable building the new dreamhouse without selling ours. We could buy something cheaper and make our current house a rental possibly, but that really isn't the way I wanted to go.

This blog started out focused on my TTC Journey(trying to conceive) with our first child. We succeeded and I blogged my way through pregnancy and I've been blogging about motherhood and life in general since then. I'm sharing my innermost thoughts here along with notes on day to day life. One day I know my written words will mean a lot to me when these days are but a memory. I've come full circle and now I'm back on the TTC rollercoaster again, hoping for a second baby someday soon.
