40 weeks would be today - 1 week postpartum

So for posterity I took a 40 week picture and weighed myself. I am 16 pounds down from where the pregnancy ended and about 10 pounds less than where I started out pre-pregnancy.



So its not pretty, but not too terrible either.

I also tried on my pre-pregnancy jeans. They aren't comfy because my guts don't yet feel like they are where they should be and I have an unsightly bulge above the waistline, but they zipped easily.



We are doing fine. Tired and breastfeeding most of the day, but enjoying this time with my little girl. She is the most amazing thing in the whole world as far as I'm concerned.
