Some of you know how I love Excel. I track all kinds of things (cycles, due dates, lists) in Excel spreadsheets. I just cannot imagine life without it.
In my new job, I still adore excel and using it for certain kinds of analysis just cut the monthly time on one company's financials by 2/3rds! Of course it took me some time to set up, which will have to be recouped, but that is a substantial time savings! What once took 6-8 hours now takes 2-3 hours.
I love excel!
